Der Grundgedanke der Ladies League, die erst vor kurzem von Rohy Batliwala und Gianfranco Manzan gegründet wurde, liegt im weiblichen Pendent zur Super League der Männer. Die Grosse Anzahl Verbände hat dazu geführt, dass das Niveau der Kämpferinnen schwer einschätzbar wurde, bzw. deren Titel (EM, WM) nicht mehr glaubwürdig erscheinen. Der Name Ladies League soll nun für Kämpfe mit den wirklich besten Thaiboxerinnen Europas garantieren.

The idea of the Ladies League - which has recently been founded by Rohy Batliwala and Gianfranco Manzan - stands for the "female equivalent" to the men's Super League. The big number of associations made it nearly impossible to evaluate the level of the lady-fighters, and accordingly their titles seemed not to be reliable anymore. The name Ladies League shall stand for and guarantee the fights between the best female thaiboxers in Europe.
